Yes, we are an Australian-registered business with ABN. The operations team is based in Sydney. However, we do hire data collectors, researchers and freelancers who are based overseas.
We only perform the data cleansing and data washing for our own Databases to make sure the data in our B2B lists are accurate. However, we do not provide data cleansing and data washing as a service to clients. We only specialise in the supply of B2B lists.
We do not provide any advice regarding marketing campaigns or anything similar. AUSTRALIAN DATABASES recommends you to undertake appropriate research in selecting which B2B lists you should purchase, if any.
For each of our B2B lists, we check for updated information (e.g. change in business name, updated address, updated phone number, updated email, new website, new Facebook page, etc.) once every 6-12 months.
We collect information form publicly available data, for e.g. business’s website, Facebook and Linkedin, Google, association and community sites, and various others. If the data in these sources are accurate, then it would be accurate in our B2B list.
We follow a strict selection process when we collect data from various secondary sources. For e.g., the first source we visit to collect data is the business’s website, followed by its Facebook and LinkedIn, followed by its ‘Google Business Profile’ listing, followed by its listing on various association and community websites, and lastly the directories (e.g. Yellow Pages, True Local, Yelp, etc.).
We never compile a list directly from Directories (e.g. Yellow Pages, True Local, Yelp, etc.). We only visit such directories in order to collect business names and then we do our own independent research in order to find the business’s website and Facebook from where we try to collect all necessary data (that is, the address, phone and email). If all required data are not available in website and Facebook, only then we search in other sources.
The email addresses in our B2B lists are not “opt-in”. We collect email addresses from business’s website, social media sites and from other reliable secondary sources.
We only provide B2B lists and not B2C lists. This means, the phone numbers in our B2B lists are business numbers which are not eligible to be registered with the Do Not Call Register. For more detailed information, please read the following Guidebook published by ACMA

We try to include all branches of the chain stores. For e.g., Oporto is a fast-food chain with many stores spread across Australia. In our B2B list named ‘Fast-food Restaurants & Cafes’, all the stores of Oporto are included, not just Oporto’s head office location.
